Due to very popular demand, a class where you can learn to make a drip cake like the pros!

We will look at how to create a marble/watercolour finish with coloured ganache, the perfect drip, different tips and tricks for attaching and balancing decorations on the top - and how to safely tape and attach fresh flowers.

You will need to bring:

- 6" round cake
- 2-3 cups white chocolate ganache (ratio 3:1)
- 10" round cake board

Everything else is provided for this class including topper, fresh flowers, sprinkles and chocolates for decoration
