It's back for 2017 - our most popular Christmas class!

Learn how to make a gravity-defying Santa Sleigh taking off into the sky! You will learn all about structure, modelling, carving and shaping, and how to make a variety of additional decorations. Best suited to those who have at least basic experience working with fondant.

Structure and board are provided for this class, you will need to bring:

- 8" square or round cake, (something strong that will withstand carving - sponge cake not suitable)

- 2 cups ganache (with a 4:1 ratio of chocolate to cream)

- 2 x 750g packet of white fondant, 2 x 750g red fondant, and 1 x 750 g brown fondant (you will have leftovers afterwards!)
